Our glazed cinnamon focaccia is already indulgent — but warmed up and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream? That’s dessert magic. The butter-brown sugar glaze caramelizes just enough to pair perfectly with the cool creaminess of ice cream.

We made ours with homemade vanilla ice cream (thank you, Ankarsrum mixer ✨) — but don’t worry, you absolutely don’t need to go that far. Your favorite store brand will more than hit the spot.

Instructions

  1. Warm a slice of Cinnamon-Glazed Focaccia in the oven or toaster oven.

  2. Place on a plate and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  3. Drizzle with caramel sauce (optional).

Serving Suggestion
