How does ordering work on your website?
When you submit an order, you’re placing a request, not completing a purchase. At checkout, you’ll choose one of our available event dates, and we’ll review your order to confirm availability. If accepted, you’ll receive an invoice to complete your purchase.
The Monthly Market menu is a limited rotating menu due to event space and prep time. You can preorder using the Monthly Market menu to reserve your favorites before hand and pick them up at your convenience during the event.
Here’s how weekly pickup works:

Thursdays (Weeks 1-3) are for the Providence Farmers Market, Town Center Dr. in Providence in Huntsville, AL (4 - 8 PM)
- Fridays (Weeks 1-3) are for Blue Apple Books Downtown Main Street in Madison, AL (11 AM - 2 PM)
Prefer the porch or Blue Apple Books for pickup? Just leave a note at checkout with your preferred location—we’ll label your order and have it ready and waiting you.
What if I forget to order?
It happens! Because everything is baked fresh to order, accommodating last-minute requests depends on the current prep schedule and pre-order availability. Please reach out, and we will gladly check if your order can still be prepared.
Do you ever have extras after markets or baking days?
Occasionally, yes! While I bake to meet the exact number of preorders and to stock my market table, factors like foot traffic and weather can play a big role in whether or not everything sells.
When there are extras, I’ll share them on social media so you can snag them while they last. You’re also welcome to message me the evening of a market or the following morning to check availability. After 24 hours, I don’t sell baked goods — this way, everything that leaves my kitchen is as fresh as possible.
When and where do I pick up my order?
Pickup options depend on the week:
- Market Pickup: Thursdays or Fridays (Weeks 1-3), at our booth in Providence or at Blue Apple Books

Porch Pickup: Thursdays (Weeks 1-3), 4–6 p.m. in Madison, AL

Do you offer delivery?
We don’t currently offer delivery.
Do you offer shipping?
We’re a home-based Alabama cottage bakery and cannot ship our products. Everything is local pickup only.
When do I need to place my order?
Order at least 3 days in advance or by Monday night before a Thursday market.
Do you take custom orders?
We take custom requests when time and ingredients allow, based on our existing bakery menu (bulk cookie boxes, alternate muffin flavors, etc.).

Are your baked goods corn-free?
Yes — every item we make is 100% corn-free, including ingredients like:

We also carefully screen ingredient labels to avoid hidden sources. Clean, simple, trusted ingredients are at the heart of what we do.
