Monthly Menu
On select Thursdays, you’ll find us at the Providence Farmers Market in Huntsville. Friday's after a Providence market, you'll find us at Blue Apple Books on Main Street in Madison. All events share the same Monthly Market Menu, so just check the event dates and order ahead to reserve your favorites.
Prefer porch pickup? Just leave a note at checkout—we’ll label your order and have it waiting before we head out to Providence on Thursday evenings.
Sourdough Classes
When one door closes, another opens — and this one feels just right. Starting this October, I’ll be teaching a monthly sourdough class at Lemon & Lavender on Main Street in Madison. Main Street has long been one of my favorite places (I look forward to Third Thursdays every summer!), and I’m overjoyed to now share sourdough there year-round.

We’re thrilled the Providence Market is now a weekly event — and you’ll find us there the first three Thursdays of each month. This evening market is the perfect time to stroll, shop, and pick up your favorite baked goods — all made fresh from our kitchen.
Orders for this event should be placed from the Monthly Menu. Prefer to pick up from the porch instead? Just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll label your order and have it waiting on the porch before we head to the market.
You’ll find us under the blue canopy with your order packed and ready to go!
Fridays @ Blue Apple Books Pop-Up (Beginning in September)
Main Street, Madison, AL — 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you can’t make it to the Providence Farmers Market, we’ve got you covered — join us Fridays after market week for a cozy pop-up in front of Blue Apple Books on Main Street in Madison. It’s the perfect midday stop to browse books, say hello, and pick up fresh-baked breads and treats from our weekly menu.
Orders for this event should be placed from the Monthly Menu. Just leave a note at checkout saying you’d like to pick up in Madison on Friday instead of Providence, and we’ll have your order ready at the shop.

Looking for a Hands-On Sourdough Experience?
Join us for hands-on sourdough classes hosted at Lemon & Lavender on Main Street, Madison. Each class covers mixing, folding, shaping, and starter care, and you’ll leave with tools and knowledge to bake at home.
