On select Thursday's, you can find us at a local market around Madison. Preorder from the correct Weekly Menu to reserve your favorites for that week.
Prefer porch pickup, even on a market week? Just leave a note at checkout—we’ll label your order and have it waiting on the porch before we head to the event.

Week 1 – First Thursday @ Providence Farmers Market

The Village of Providence, Huntsville, AL — 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Preorder Deadline: Sunday before market day

We’re excited to join the Thursday Market's at the beautiful Village of Providence! You can find us here on the first Thursday's of the month. This evening market is the perfect time to stroll, shop, and pick up your favorite baked goods — all made fresh from our kitchen.

Orders for this event should be placed from the Week 1 Menu. Porch pickup is also available for this date if you prefer— just leave a note at checkout and your order will be labeled and waiting on the porch before we leave for the market.

You’ll find us under the blue canopy with your order packed and ready to go!

Week 3 – Third Thursday on Main Street Market

Historic Downtown Madison, AL — 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Preorder Deadline: Sunday before market day

Join us for the Third Thursday Market in the heart of Downtown Madison — an evening filled with local vendors, live music, and handmade treats!

Orders for this event should be placed from the Week 3 Menu. If you prefer porch pickup that evening instead, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll label your order before heading to the market.

As always, you can find us under the blue canopy with your order packed and ready.

Learn to Bake Sourdough with Us

Ready to dive into sourdough? Join us at the Madison Community Center for hands-on classes designed to help you build a strong foundation in sourdough baking. Whether you're brand new or looking to grow your skills, these courses are approachable, practical, and perfect for home bakers.

Current class offerings include:

  • Sourdough 101 – how to feed, maintain, and troubleshoot your starter
  • Sourdough Bread Making – mix, fold, shape, and take home a dough ready to bake

Each class includes live instruction, printed reference materials, and take-home supplies to continue baking at home.

Registration is through the Madison Community Center.

Sourdough 101: Beginners Demonstration - Tuesday, July 8th from 5:30 to 7 PM

This class is a great starting point if you’re curious about sourdough or want to build a strong foundation before baking at home. We’ll walk through how to create and feed a starter, review each step of the sourdough bread-making process, and talk about the health benefits of naturally leavened bread. There will be plenty of time for questions throughout the evening. Each participant will receive a printed sourdough recipe, starter instructions, and helpful resources to support your sourdough baking journey. The class fee is $40.
