We bake for Thursday farmers markets, host a Friday pop-up at Blue Apple Books on Main Street, and offer porch pickup for customers who prefer a quieter option.
Use the Monthly Market Menu below to reserve your favorites. Pre-orders are open for each Thursday event and can be picked up at the market booth, at the Friday pop-up, or on the porch — just leave a note at checkout if you prefer porch pickup on Thursday or Friday pickup at Blue Apple Books, and we’ll have your order labeled and ready.
Pre-orders close the Monday before each market day.
Due to limited baking space, the monthly menu is a rotating menu, and custom orders are limited during market weeks, please reach out for availability.
Everything is handmade in small batches with sourdough and love, right here in Madison, AL.

Prefer not to attend a market? Order for porch pickup instead. Your order will be labeled and ready Thursday afternoon before we head to the event. - Friday Pop-Up at Blue Apple Books (Madison)
Friday following the Providence market • 11 AM–2 PM • Main Street in Madison
(To choose this option, leave a note at checkout saying “Main Street Friday pickup.”)
