Order Fresh Every Week

Our menu is available year-round — no seasonal rotations, just consistently good sourdough made fresh every week in small batches. Pre-order your favorites using the menu below and choose your pickup day at checkout.

Providence Farmers Market (April–December): Thursdays, 5:30–8:30 PM at our booth on Town Center Dr., Huntsville

Blue Apple Books: Fridays, 11 AM–2 PM on Main Street, Madison — the morning after every Providence market.

Pre-orders close Monday at 6 PM for same-week pickup. Due to limited baking space, off-menu custom orders are not available.

Everything is handmade in small batches with sourdough and love, right here in Madison, AL.

Core Menu

The breads and baked goods we make every week—signature sourdough, focaccia, bagels, cookies, and all the staples that make weeknight dinners and Saturday morning toast a little better. Nothing fancy, just good bread baked the slow way.

Stock the Table

Planning a brunch, stocking your kitchen, or feeding a crowd? Order in larger quantities from our core menu and we'll bake to match. Simply place your order with 3–4 days notice and we'll make sure your table is covered.
