Before You Order

Pickup Options

  • Porch Pickup in Madison, AL on non-market Fridays

  • Local Markets (First & Third Thursdays – see Around Town for details)

At checkout, select your preferred pickup date. We’ll confirm your request by email with an invoice. No payment is collected at checkout.

Note: Full payment is required to finalize your order. Unpaid requests will not be prepped or held.


Order Timeline

  • Porch Pickup (Weeks 2 & 4): Order at least 4 days before your selected Friday

  • Market Events (Weeks 1 & 3): Order by Sunday at 6 p.m. before the event

We bake in small batches and accept a limited number of orders per week. Once confirmed and paid, your order is locked into our prep schedule.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes can be requested within 6 hours of invoice payment

  • Cancellations must be made before baking begins to be eligible for a refund

  • Once prep has started, we cannot offer refunds

  • No returns accepted due to the nature of baked goods

If you have a concern after pickup, reach out within 24 hours. We’ll always do our best to make it right.


Custom Requests

We don’t accept fully off-menu custom orders, but we’re happy to make menu-based adjustments (like alternate muffin flavors or bulk cookie boxes) when possible. Just send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate!


Allergy Information

All items are prepared in a home kitchen that uses:
 Wheat  |  Eggs  |  Dairy  |  Nuts  |  Soy

While we are not a certified allergen-free facility, all products are 100% corn-free. We take extra care to avoid hidden corn ingredients like starches and additives.
