Sourdough Bruschetta
Fresh, toasty slices of our original sourdough loaf are the perfect canvas for bruschetta — a simple but flavorful appetizer or snack. With juicy tomatoes, olive oil, and basil, it’s a crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Ingredients

1 Sour Crumb Original Loaf, sliced and toasted

2–3 ripe tomatoes, diced

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, halved

Fresh basil, chopped

Salt + pepper, to taste
Instructions

Toast sourdough slices until golden.

Rub each slice lightly with the cut side of garlic.

Mix tomatoes, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Spoon the mixture onto warm sourdough toasts.
- Top with a sprinkle of shaved cheese, if you want.
