
Sourdough Hot Ham & Cheese
There’s something about sourdough that makes even the simplest sandwich feel special. Our Honey Oat or Original sourdough loaves are hearty, golden, and perfect for grilling. Layer in gooey cheese and savory ham for a hot ham + cheese, or keep it simple with just cheese — either way, you’ve got the ultimate comfort meal.
Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread (Honey Oat or Original)

2 slices of cheese (cheddar, provolone, or your favorite melty cheese)

2 slices of ham

Butter for spreading
Directions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Butter one side of each slice of sourdough.

Place one slice butter-side down in the skillet, add cheese (and ham if using), then top with the second slice, butter-side up.

Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.

Slice, serve warm, and enjoy.
