Our sourdough bagels are made with active starter (no commercial yeast), cold-proofed overnight, and baked fresh the morning of each market. Each bagel has the chewy texture and subtle tang you'd expect from real sourdough—perfect for toasting, sandwiches, or slathering with your favorite spread.

We keep it simple at the market with plain bagels, but Everything bagels are available by request—just reach out!
