I’m offering a small batch of gently used bannetons from my own bakery setup — 6 round (boule) and 4 oval (batard). These natural wood pulp baskets are from Breadtopia, and I’ve absolutely loved using them.

They’re sturdy, breathable, and help create that golden, crackly crust we all want. I bought them earlier this year during a production upgrade, and they’ve been reliable ever since.

Each one is:

• Gently used and bakery-tested

• In excellent condition (no cracks, stains, or warping)

• Used only in my bakery fridge — never in a home oven or on the counter

Why am I parting with them? As I scaled up, I realized they’re just a bit too wide for my fridge setup (lesson learned!). Instead of letting them sit unused, I’d love to pass them on to another baker who’ll put them to good use.
