This rich, pull-apart-style focaccia is inspired by classic monkey bread — soft, pillowy, and coated in buttery cinnamon glaze. Swirls of warm cinnamon are gently folded into our sourdough focaccia dough, then covered in our buttery brown sugar glaze and baked until golden and bubbly.
